How is a Halo different from a traditional water softener?

A traditional softener runs on salt. You buy it, haul it, and keep the brine tank topped up. A Halo requires no salt at all, so there is no salt to store, no bags to lift, and no resupply to remember.

How is a Halo different from a reverse-osmosis system?

A reverse-osmosis system is usually installed under one sink and treats only that faucet, and it strips beneficial minerals out of the water along with everything else. A Halo treats the water entering the whole house, so every fixture gets it, and it keeps the beneficial minerals in.

What maintenance does a Halo system need?

None for ten years. It is a no-maintenance system, so there is no salt to refill and no maintenance schedule to keep up with.

Is the system under warranty?

Yes. Halo systems carry a 10-year warranty.
